Frequently asked questions
Does it cost anything to work with you?
No. Our consultations are free and there is no obligation to enroll. Licensed agents are typically paid by the insurance company if you choose to enroll in a plan, and that does not change your plan’s premium.
When can I change my Medicare plan?
Most people can make changes to Medicare Advantage and Part D coverage during the Annual Enrollment Period, October 15 – December 7, with coverage starting January 1. Other enrollment periods may apply to your situation. See our Enrollment Periods page.
What’s the difference between Medicare Advantage and a Medicare Supplement?
Medicare Advantage plans replace how you receive your Original Medicare benefits and usually use provider networks. Medicare Supplement policies work alongside Original Medicare to help pay out-of-pocket costs. We’ll explain which may fit your needs.
Do you offer every plan available in my area?
No. We represent [#] organizations which offer [#] products in your area. For information on all of your options, contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP).
Can we meet in person?
